Privacy Notice

1. Information processed

The interface may process wallet addresses and public keys supplied by the connected wallet, requested asset and amount, quote parameters, UTXO and inscription information, transaction identifiers, block data, language choice, wallet-provider preference, and public token balances or activity. Servers and infrastructure providers may also process IP address, timestamp, request path, device or browser information, referring page, security events and diagnostic logs.

If a User contacts an official project channel, the Operator may process the account identifier, message content and attachments voluntarily provided through that channel.

2. Information not requested

The interface does not require the User to provide a legal name, postal address, email address, password, seed phrase or private key for ordinary use. Wallet signing occurs through the selected wallet. The User must never disclose a seed phrase or private key to the website, the Operator or anyone claiming to provide support.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Information is processed to provide requested interface functions, generate quotes, retrieve public asset and transaction data, maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, keep the service operational, respond to communications and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the jurisdiction, the legal basis may be performance of a requested service or contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the interface, compliance with law, or consent where consent is required.

The interface does not use wallet information to promise a confidential or anonymous transaction. Public blockchain analysis may associate an address with other activity.

4. Public blockchain data

When the User broadcasts a transaction, transaction inputs, outputs, amounts, scripts, inscriptions and related addresses can be replicated globally and retained indefinitely by Bitcoin nodes, indexers, explorers and other parties. The Operator cannot erase, rectify or restrict data embedded in or derived from the public blockchain.

5. Recipients and external services

Information may be processed by hosting and content-delivery providers, the project backend and indexer, API and blockchain-data providers, connected wallet providers, Bitcoin network participants, explorers and social-media services whose content or images are requested. These recipients may act as independent controllers or processors under their own terms and may receive technical request data such as an IP address.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or systems, investigate abuse, establish or defend legal claims, or complete a lawful reorganization of the interface’s operation.

6. Local storage, cookies and external content

The current interface may use browser local storage to remember a wallet-provider selection and may clear that value when a connection is invalid or on mobile devices. It does not intentionally set first-party advertising cookies or operate first-party behavioral advertising. Hosting, security, wallet or embedded social-media services may process their own identifiers or request data under their respective notices.

7. Retention

Operational and security information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations, subject to the configurations and retention practices of infrastructure providers. Public blockchain data and independently maintained indexer records may persist indefinitely and cannot be deleted by the Operator.

8. International processing and security

Because the interface, its providers and the Bitcoin network are distributed, information may be processed outside the User’s country. Where required, the responsible party must rely on an available legal transfer mechanism. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards may be used, but no internet, wallet or blockchain system can be guaranteed secure.

9. Privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, a User may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, and complain to a competent supervisory authority. These rights may be limited by law and by the public, immutable nature of blockchain data. A request may require reasonable verification that protects other users and wallet holders.

Requests may be initiated through the official project channels linked on the homepage. The User should not send a seed phrase, private key or unnecessary identity document with a request.

10. Children and changes

The interface is not directed to children or to anyone below the age of legal majority. The Operator may update this Notice to reflect technical, legal or operational changes by publishing a revised version and effective date. Material changes will be presented as required by applicable law.
